(part of Transchem Group) under license from Turtle Wax, Inc., and Transchem Pro Inc. is responsible for any and all content and operations associated with same. This website shares collected information with its product websites operating under the same company, such as www.superhardshellfinish.com and the Privacy Policy below extends to these sites as a collective group.

This Privacy Policy applies to Transchem Group (“Transchem”, “Us”, “Our” or “We”) in Canada, U.S. and Europe and to visitors of the www.turtlewaxpro.com website (“Site”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our business partners. This Policy explains why and how we collect, store, share and use (together, “process”) your data (“information”), your rights and how to contact us.   1. Payment and Transaction Information: Some of the Services may require payment. When you pay for such applicable Services, We will collect personal information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and payment information such as the date and time of your transaction, credit card or bank account details.
  2. Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our website via a web browser or engage with our online ads or email communications, we may collect certain information by automated means, using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, browser analysis tools, server logs and web beacons.
