This past summer, we went on the road to Cleveland, Ohio, and Atlanta, Georgia to visit fifteen of our distributor’s this is how it went.
Rocking & Rolling in Cleveland, Ohio
On June 6th and 7th, Turtle Wax Pro Summit attendees visited Willo Wash in Willoughby, Ohio for a firsthand look at the True-Vue tanks and chemical monitoring system in action. KRK Auto Wash Management graciously hosted the group at one of their customer’s car wash facilities. After concluding a long day of technical training and roundtable discussions, the participants made their way to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on the shore of Lake Erie to celebrate a productive, motivating afternoon with a legendary music experience like no other.
After wrapping up an incredible Turtle Wax Pro Summit in Cleveland, we took a trip down to Atlanta to see our Georgia distributors. One major highlight in Atlanta was thanks to Suds Creative, a car wash advertising agency, who delivered an insightful presentation on the psychology behind menu design, car wash logos, and car wash social media. Following the Summit, attendees were treated to a VIP tour of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons.
Popular Owner’s Roundtables
The Turtle Wax Pro Summits in both Cleveland and Atlanta covered a vast array of trending topics in the industry. Some of the topics we found to be most popular with owners included roundtables on service software, GPS tracking, technician recruiting, labor rates, and company vehicles. Other agenda items at each Summit involved hands-on demonstrations of True-Vue and CarWash Connect, as well as presentations by our partners: Mile High Lighting, Ahearn Signs, Hydraflex Inc, Aqua Bio, and Motor City Wash Works.
